AdlerAerospace has been selected as one of the teams invited to participate in the DARPA Lift Challenge

By Updated:

We’re excited to announce that AdlerAerospace has been selected as one of the teams invited to participate in the DARPA Lift Challenge this August.

The DARPA Lift Challenge is focused on advancing transformational vertical-lift capabilities and solving some of the most demanding logistics challenges facing military and humanitarian operations. Being selected to participate alongside some of the most innovative organizations in the aerospace and defense sector is a tremendous honor.

For the challenge, AdlerAerospace will be fielding the Atlas4 heavy-lift hybrid UAV, a versatile platform designed for long-endurance logistics, ISR, and utility missions. Atlas4 combines hybrid-electric propulsion, significant payload capacity, and a modular architecture that enables rapid adaptation to a wide range of operational requirements.

This invitation represents another important milestone for our team and validates the hard work of our engineers, partners at Hecto Drone, operators, and supporters around the world. We are especially grateful to our collaborators across the United States, Europe, and Ukraine who continue to help drive innovation at an extraordinary pace.

Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing updates as we prepare for the challenge and continue advancing the next generation of autonomous logistics capabilities.
