Romanian software company OVES Enterprise, based in Cluj-Napoca, has announced the expansion of its activities on the US market through a strategic partnership with Adler Aerospace. The joint project is aimed at developing large military drones based on the Romanian company’s own artificial intelligence solution, Nemesis AI, BalkanEngineer.com learned from Economedia.
As part of the collaboration, Nemesis AI will be integrated into the Atlas6 Shield system, a solution for countering drones and electronic defense activities that combines radio frequency detection and jamming with precision kinetic interception. OVES Enterprise will create a special AI board for processing onboard data, allowing the platform to operate autonomously and provide protection against threats such as hostile drones, missiles, and artillery fire.
